Well me and two other guys went over to Brevard this past weekend to race in Westerns first collegiate mountain bike race. I first want to congratulate Nate and Tony on an awesome job at the races. Tony and I did the Downhill and the Dual Slalom race and Nate did just the Dual Slalom race. The DH course was designed by Chris Herndon and was absolutely crazy. It was steep, wet, rooty, had a hip jump, and a drop or two. It was by far one of the toughest and technical trails i have ridden in awhile. I am very glad i invested in my new fork for this one. Tony and I both took a few falls and had a fair share of scrapes. Tony raced B class and came in 2nd which was awesome! I raced C and came in first but am going to upgrade to B at the next race. The DS course was just amazing, also designed by Herndon. It was the coolest DS course i have been on, frankly ever! It was set through the woods and the two sides were within about 2 tenths of each other. Nate was killing it all afternoon and so was tony. It was taking me a little while to get used to the course and it was wet, def not my cup of tea. Tony again in B's took 3rd place (according to the results but i though he had 2nd) Nate took 1st in C's! I took 3rd in C. I think we did a great job for our first time out and hope we can return the same results down in clemson in a few weeks. Tony Nate Me The DS course Sorry no pics of the DH course it would have been way too much work to climb back up and take a pic

Great job you all! Very impressive. Keep it up and keep the write-ups coming in. Maybe some helmet-cam footage?
